Amanda Weddel Children’s Choir Conductor Papillion(K-2nd Grade)
Amanda Weddel is the K-6 music specialist at Bell Elementary in the Papillion-LaVista Community School district. She directs afterschool ensembles including: choir, recorder club, and an Orff-Schulwerk Honors Ensemble.
Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Wayne State College, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Music Education degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Amanda has also completed levels one and two of Orff Schulwerk training, as well as level one Kodaly training. She is also involved with the Great Plains Orff Chapter as their co-publications editor.
Amanda is thrilled to join the Sing Omaha faculty team!
